Jenny Tschiesche

Jenny is joining me to discuss how to maintain your health when your world has fallen apart and you lose interest in food. This is a common feature in grief. However, it is essential to maintain healthy eating for your mind and body.

Jenny and I discuss simple and effective things you  can do and set in place. Also, if you have a friend or relative who is going through a period of grief, how you can help and what you can do for them to keep them healthy as they make the transition to their new life.

Jenny Tschiesche (pronounced Teeshee) is a presenter and nutrition expert and the
founder of LunchboxDoctor.com. she is also a regular contributor to the national press, BBC radio and TV.

Nicky Pattinson

I have known Nicky for many years. I previously interviewed her for my Happiness Millionaire book and we spoke about the loss of her four month old son, Jackson. Nicky's life was smashed apart thirty years ago and not a day goes by with out her thinking of Jackson. She is an inspiration and has gone on to create a joyful and fulfilling life.

She was a rock for me, when I lost Murray. We all need a Nicky. She offers support to many women who lose children. It seems to be something you do when you join this club.

Join Nicky and me as we discuss living an inspired life after the loss of a child.

Toby Mac

Toby Mac is a Christian hip hop recording artist, music producer, songwriter and author. Tragically, he lost his 21 year old son, Truett, last November.

When our children enter adulthood, often they also become our friends, our close friends. That is how it was for Toby.

After his son's death, he wrote and performed the song, '21-Years' (available on spotify). I honestly resonate with his words and his pain.

We all lead a new path now. It would be great to speak with Toby about finding new inspiration and love when our loved ones become an angels.

The Young Family

Their mother died of breast cancer in 2012 and a few years later their dad died of cancer too. He was a New York fire fighter and his cancer was related to working on the 9/11 disaster.

He also had a dream to develop a chopping board that he had designed and was in the middle of making his dream come true when he lost his life.

His children have gone on the make his dream come true and find purpose in their lives. Their story is so inspiring, I would love to talk with them to find where they get their personal strength from each day.

Take a look at their pitch on Shark Tank, America's Dragon's Den.

Anita Moorjani

Author of 'Dying to be Me'. A story of her near death experience and how that healed her cancer. For me, I find near death experiences (NDE's) partly answer my question, 'Where has Murray gone?' NDE's provide a little insight to a possible other dimension, a place where perhaps our spirit goes once we no longer have a use for our bodies. Join me with this investigation as I question Anita about her experience.

Dr George Bonanno PhD

Dr George Bonanno is the author of 'The Other Side of Sadness: What the new science of bereavement tells us about life after loss.

He is known for a pioneer in research of bereavement and trauma and the controversial introduction of resilience in grief.

He isn't in full agreement of Elisabeth Kubler-Ross's five stages of grief, denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. I am sure there is more to it than this but I would like to know why he disagrees with these stages and what more does his research show that can help people to discover their new existence and how they move forward with their grief and loss.

Cheryl Sandberg

Cheryl Sandberg is the chief operating officer for Facebook and the founder of LeanIn.org.

Two years after unexpectedly losing her husband, she co-authored the book 'Option B', with Adam Grant,  American Psychologist.

She couldn't have option A, a complete family life with her husband and two children. She now makes the most of her Option B.

I found her book pretty useful. Not one for the early days of grief but when I began to gain emotional strength, I felt I could take onboard their approach to building resilience in order to find joy once more.

I want to know how Cheryl's heart is now?
